Non-Pottery Projects

Important Class & Project Information

(Non-Pottery Classes)

By purchasing this class or project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Class & Project Information and Policies listed below.

Create Your Project

You will complete your project during your scheduled class or event unless otherwise noted in the class description.

Some projects may require additional drying or curing time before they can be taken home.

Project Completion

Most non-pottery projects are designed to be completed during class and taken home the same day.

Certain projects, such as resin, epoxy, poured paints, specialty finishes, or other materials requiring extended drying or curing time, may need to remain at Tiffany's Ceramics (TC) until they are ready for pickup. Individual class descriptions will indicate if additional curing time is required.

Project Variations

Many of our classes are handmade and creative in nature. Every project is unique, and no two finished pieces will look exactly alike.

Finished projects may vary from sample photos due to individual creativity, artistic ability, available materials, paint application, wood grain, fabric textures, natural imperfections, and other artistic variations.

Instructor Assistance

Our instructors are here to guide and encourage you throughout your project. However, each participant is responsible for completing their own project.

Results will vary based on individual skill level, creativity, and personal style.

Refund Policy

All class registrations and project purchases are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Missed classes or appointments.

  • Projects that are damaged due to customer misuse or failure to follow instructions.

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the natural handmade appearance of their completed project.

  • Projects abandoned beyond the pickup period.

Class Cancellations

If Tiffany's Ceramics must cancel a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to:

  • Transfer to another available class.

  • Receive studio credit.

  • Receive a full refund if no reasonable alternative is available.

Abandoned Projects

Projects left at Tiffany's Ceramics for more than 60 days after notification or completion (unless prior arrangements have been made) will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned projects become the property of Tiffany's Ceramics and may be donated, recycled, displayed, sold, or discarded at TC's discretion.

Personal Property

Tiffany's Ceramics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the studio.

Studio Environment

Classes are held in a shared creative studio. Other classes, customers, artists, and studio members may be present during your visit.

Please be respectful of others enjoying the studio.
