Individually Shipped Items

Some products are too large, heavy, fragile, or uniquely shaped to safely ship with other items. You will see separate shipping charges for these products at checkout.

Combined Shipping Items

Items that can safely be packaged together will be combined whenever possible to help reduce shipping costs.


Processing & Handling

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, packaging, and shipment preparation. Many orders ship sooner; however, processing times may vary based on order volume, product type, and seasonal demand.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


International Orders

The shipping policies above apply to orders shipped within the United States.

International shipping is available on select items. If shipping rates are available at checkout, you may complete your purchase normally. If rates are not displayed for your location, please contact us before placing an order or bidding on an auction item.

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee compensates for processing time, administrative costs, packaging materials, and other expenses already incurred.

Cancellation fees range from $5.00 up to 25% of the order total, depending on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation.

Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all original packaging materials, shipping boxes, and damaged items until the claim has been reviewed.

To file a damage claim, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the shipping label.
  • Clear photos of the exterior shipping box.
  • Clear photos of all damaged items.
  • A clear photo of the business identification sticker attached to each damaged casting mold.
  • Any additional evidence of shipping damage, including photos, videos, or doorbell camera footage, if available.

Business identification stickers are used to verify that the damaged item was purchased from our business.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or affect claim resolution.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift certificates or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are fragile, specialty, or limited-availability items, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once a return request or damage claim has been received and reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
