1ST ANNUAL FALL BAZAAR @ THE 903 COLLECTIVE

EVENT DETAILS Date: October 31st Event Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Vendor Setup: Beginning at 10:00 AM . Outdoor Space: 10' × 10' Indoor Space: 5' Diameter Round Table. Vendor Fee: $20• 

This is a RAIN OR SHINE Event. • Outdoor Vendors must provide their own table, tent/canopy, chairs, displays, and all other setup supplies. Indoor Vendors will be provided a 5' Diameter Round Table and Chairs if Desired. Electricity is not provided. • Vendors are encouraged to bring cash-and-carry items that customers can purchase and take home that day. • Vendors are encouraged to bring candy or small treats to hand out to trick-or-treaters. • Public bathrooms are provided. • Vendors who wish to have insurance are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage. The 903 Collective does not provide insurance and cannot be held responsible for vendors or their merchandise. • Vendors must remain fully set up for the entire event, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, in order to be considered for future events. • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own space and removing all belongings and trash after the event.
