- Pottery Disclaimer: Pottery is handmade, and every piece is unique. There is no guarantee on any pottery project. Clay is a natural material and can be unpredictable during the drying and firing process. While we take every reasonable precaution, projects may crack, warp, explode, stick to kiln shelves, glaze improperly, or otherwise become damaged during drying, handling, or kiln firing. These risks are a normal part of the pottery process and are beyond our control.
- Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes or for projects that are damaged or damaged during the pottery process.
- Abandoned Projects: All projects must be picked up within 60 days of completion. Items left at Tiffany's Ceramics for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned, become the property of TC, and may be donated, recycled, or discarded without further notice.
- Studio Hours: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM - We are a small business and may need to close or be closed unexpectedly without notice, in this case we will post on Facebook.Â
